1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Build Más Inc. (“Build Más,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Build Más provides bilingual (English/Spanish) digital tools to help contractors create estimates, invoices, and manage payments. Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

3. Registration, Account & Free-Trial

Access to Build Más requires creating an account and providing a valid payment method.

Registration grants a 30-day free trial.

At the end of the trial, the subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the expiration date.

Users authorize Build Más to automatically charge the registered payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the platform only for legal and legitimate business purposes.

Review and validate estimates before sharing with clients.

Keep login credentials confidential.

5. Limitation of Liability

Build Más does not guarantee error-free estimates or calculations.

Users are solely responsible for business decisions made using the platform.

Build Más shall not be liable for lost revenue, contracts, data, or indirect damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Build Más Inc.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Build Más does not store sensitive financial data.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].

Once cancellation is processed, no new charges will be made. Prior payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Default Parameters & Documents

Build Más may provide reference values (profit %, overhead %, error margin %) and model terms & conditions.

These are offered for convenience only and do not constitute legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Use of these defaults is solely at the user’s responsibility.

9. Privacy & Data

Use of our services involves the collection and processing of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Build Más may update these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
